Who's behind it
swc.guru is made by Dex, an SWC shareholder in the UK, in spare time. I wanted one place to see the share price, every trade, every announcement and what the bitcoin treasury is actually worth, without digging through PDFs and spreadsheets. So I built it, and kept going.
It's unofficial. It isn't connected to, endorsed by or paid by The Smarter Web Company, and nothing here is investment advice.
Where the numbers come from
- Bitcoin holdings, share counts, debt and purchases: read from the company's regulatory announcements, each one linked to its source.
- mNAV, sats per share and the other metrics: worked out from those figures and live prices. The Learn pages explain how.
- History before 3 February 2026, when SWC traded on Aquis: hourly prices shared by the SWC Big Brain project, trading volumes shared by holders, and share counts from the company's published analytics. Thanks to everyone who helped.
- Share and bitcoin prices: market data feeds, which can be delayed.
If a number looks wrong, please tell me and I'll check and fix it.
How it's paid for
It isn't. No adverts, no paid tiers, no selling data. It runs on a small server I pay for.
