The short version

swc.guru is an unofficial, independent site. It collects as little as it can, never sells or shares personal data, and uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Visiting the site

Visits are counted with our own cookie-free analytics. We store the page, referrer, rough device type and a daily-rotating anonymous visitor code. No cookies, no IP addresses kept, nothing shared.

My SWC accounts

If you create an account we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we can't read it) and the trades you choose to add, with the market figures at the time.

Your trades are private to you. They are never shown to anyone else or shared. A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in; it's strictly necessary and used for nothing else.

You can download everything you've added, or delete your account and all its trades, from Account settings at any time.

Email alerts

If you subscribe we store your email and which alerts you chose. Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe. Emails are sent through Resend. Open and click tracking is off.

Feature requests

If you send a request we store what you wrote and any name, email or X handle you gave. Your handle is only mentioned publicly if you ticked the box to be credited.
