swc.guru is a free, unofficial information site about The Smarter Web Company PLC (SWC), run by an individual shareholder. It isn't connected to, endorsed by or paid by the company. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Nothing on swc.guru is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment. That includes the calculators, scenarios, charts, day summaries, emails and anything in My SWC. Scenarios show what the numbers would be under assumptions you choose; they aren't forecasts.
Share prices can go down as well as up, and you could lose money. Do your own research and speak to a regulated adviser before making investment decisions.
Figures are worked out from public announcements and market data and can be wrong, late or incomplete. Prices may be delayed. Always check the company's official announcements before relying on anything here. The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it's accurate, complete or always available.
My SWC is a personal tracker. You're responsible for what you enter and for keeping your password safe. Figures such as gains, averages and the capital gains view are estimates from the trades you add; check them against your broker's records before using them for anything official.
We may suspend accounts that are misused, and we may change or stop features. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Be decent: no abuse, spam, illegal content or attempts to break or overload the site. Don't scrape the site in bulk or use it in a way that stops others using it. We may remove messages or block access if needed.
The site's design, text and code belong to swc.guru. Company announcements belong to The Smarter Web Company PLC and are linked to or summarised with credit. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You're welcome to share screenshots and links.
As far as the law allows, swc.guru isn't liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
