The Smarter Web Company (LSE: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF | FRA: 3M8) announces that, further to the announcements made by the Company on 1 June 2026 and 17 June 2026, the reduction by the Company of its share premium account by £210,000,000 (the "Capital Reduction") was confirmed by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales (the "Court") on 14 July 2026. The Court order was delivered to the Registrar of Companies today and will be registered accordingly. The Capital Reduction will become effective upon such registration. The Company also announces that Jamie Knowles, Head of Capital Markets, will be leaving the Company. To support future growth initiatives, responsibility for investor engagement will be managed by the senior management team and external advisers.
