Subscription Agreement Update - No Shares Sold in the Period
The Smarter Web Company (AQUIS: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF | FRA: 3M8), a London-listed technology company and the UK’s largest publicly traded company holding Bitcoin on its balance sheet, announces that no Ordinary Shares were sold by Shard Merchant Capital Ltd, the Company’s counter party in the Subscription Agreement announced on 04 September 2025, during the preceding two-week period (the “Subscription Shares”). The Subscription Agreement allows Shard Merchant Capital Ltd to sell new Ordinary Shares via its broker. The Company notes that, going forward, it will provide weekly updates in respect of any Subscription Shares sold pursuant to the Subscription Agreement only in circumstances where Subscription Shares have been sold during the prior week.
