Subscription Agreement Update - No Shares Placed in the Period
The Smarter Web Company (AQUIS: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF | FRA: 3M8), a London-listed technology company and the UK’s largest publicly traded company holding Bitcoin on its balance sheet, announces that no Ordinary Shares were placed during the preceding two- week period under the terms of the Subscription Agreement announced on 04 September 2025 (the “Subscription Shares”).
As no Subscription Shares were sold during the period, no gross proceeds were generated, and the balance of Ordinary Shares available to be placed pursuant to the Subscription Agreement remains at 13,240,500.
