• 15,000 at a price of 237.5 pence per share.
• 5,000 at a price of 207.5 pence per share.
• 10,000 purchased by Joanna Webley, wife of Andrew Webley, at 210 pence per share. Following the above purchases, Mr. Webley (together with Joanna Webley) is beneficially interested in 27,428,732 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
