Ordinary and Preferred Shares ATM Update - £0.6m Gross Proceeds
The Smarter Web Company announces that 1,076,000 Ordinary Shares and 25 Preferred Shares have been sold since 14 October 2026, being the date on which the Preferred Shares were admitted to listing and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the Company's at-the-market facilities, being the "Ordinary Shares ATM Facility" (as announced on 24 December 2025) and the "Preferred Shares ATM Facility" (as described in the Company's prospectus published on 29 September 2026).
The aggregate gross proceeds from the sale of Ordinary Shares and Preferred Shares amount to £592,679.
