The Smarter Web Company (LSE: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF | FRA: 3M8) announces that, further to the announcements made by the Company on 1 June 2026, 17 June 2026 and 15 July 2026, the reduction by the Company of its share premium account by £210,000,000 (the "Capital Reduction") is now effective. This follows the delivery of the Court order and accompanying statement of capital to the Registrar of Companies on 15 July 2026, and the registration of those documents by the Registrar of Companies today. The Capital Reduction therefore became effective today.
